Meeting #1 was with my personal trainer yesterday. I did alright, although I discovered one thing...I REALLY need to work on my pushups! She has me doing 45 minute interval training on the treadmill or elliptical when I'm not with her. With her I did 1 minute sprint, 10 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 crunches....repeat 10x times. I opened pretty well, by the end the only thing I was max speed on was my running. Boo.
Anyone know a good strengthening exercise that will make me hate pushups less?
When I got to the gym yesterday I thought I might have a small cold. Today I'm home sick from work. I snored so loud my poor boyfriend kicked me to the sofa last night (which I told him to do if I ever snored too loud). Poor thing! I wish I could stop this snoring!
