As I went up 3.2 lbs. and am now resting at 125.4 lbs. I did not get to go to my weight watchers meeting as I had hoped for 2 reasons.
1. The weather in Ohio was predicted to turn very bad with 1 inch to an inch and a 1/2 of snow and also bad wind gusts. We got the wind gusts but not so much the heavy snow.
2. I had forgotten that mom had a doctors appointment at the time I was set to get picked up by my friend so I could attend my meeting.
So needless to say, mom got her way (again, as always) and I chose to go with her and forgo weight watchers for another week.
Today's menu needs some suggestions on what to make for an easy, but healthy dinner?. This morning I had a "cheat" meal.
Breakfast: single frozen waffle with sugar free syrup, fruit cup, unsweetend and a hot tea
Lunch: Turkey breast lunch meat on low calorie wheat
Activity: Have not plugged in active link yet
Dinner: Need ideas. I have two smart ones meals, one is chicken wraps, the other is a quesidillia and I also have about 5 lean cuisine meals, along with canned barbecue, soups, canned chilli
What would you suggest?.
