It has been awhile since I have been on here. But I am back because I have been avoiding what I need to do- track my calories. Over the past year I have turned myself into an active runner and I need to fuel my body properly. No more junk and I need to take charge. If I plan my workouts then I can plan my food. Sure I will occasionally have a treat when I want. But no more piling on extra calories because I run. I really work hard at my fitness and want to maximize that. I am hoping that it will give me the energy I need to reach some new PR's next year at my races.
