Holidays and eating....

Tis the season...so many good foods to eat, parties to attend, late nights, little to no exercise. Oh the holidays are upon us.
As I remind myself...eat in moderation, watch portions size and have no regrets. If you eat more than you should, remember tomorrow is another day.
I'll be kicking my self in the butt after the holidays and really getting myself back on track but for now. I'm enjoying the holidays.
