Got a little cold.

I woke up yesterday with a bit of sore throat and proceeded to sneeze the day away along with a runny nose. Went to bed with nighttime cold meds and woke up with more cold. I'm making chicken soup today. I'm making my own recipe.

I'm defrosting frozen chicken tenders and sauteeing them in a bit of olive oil and garlic. Then I'm adding a box of chicken broth and a bag of cole slaw. I'll season it some, maybe add a jar of tomatoes my mom put up for me. Yummo (I hope) and they say chicken soup is good for what ails ya. Here's hoping.

Wii Fit says I'm up a pound, but I'm not moving my ticker unless I don't come down before the new year. I'm doing everything as right as I can so I expect more pounds off NOT on! Need to go do some Wii Fit Plus training exercises in a bit. My son went a solid hour on the expert bike ride yesterday and then 2 30-minute rides. He says his calves are sore today. He's trying to catch up with me and get a bronze pig too. I get 30-60 minutes every day and he has missed a few days, but he's hot on my trail!
