Quick update: Day 20

Friday, December 21, 2012

Wow, I have a lot to do before traveling tomorrow!

I'm still doing okay challenge-wise. I seem to meet either stretch protein or fiber but not both. So far nothing is out of the running, as far as beating August.

I still need to get in another workout this week, and I need to get in more strength training just in general. Probably next week at the gym. I might do a basic ST workout at home tonight as my #3 workout for this week.
