I was doing so well and got to early October eating better and exercising 3 or 4 times a week when I came down with a cold and then another cold that turned into bronchitis and when I finally felt better it was mid November and I hadn't exercised for a month and I hadn't been eating well. Then it was Thanksgiving and preparing for the holidays and somehow I am back to 195. Well not somehow, I know exactly how. I just let myself eat whatever I wanted for the last two months. So back to the beginning. New goal: 187 by February 21st, swimming 2 miles a week. Hope everyone is have a great holiday!
