Everywhere I turn these days , there are irresistable little treats just begging to be devoured! I throw a few back because 1. they are there for the taking 2. they tast soooo good 3. they are readily avaiable. The later is the one that gets me, because if they weren't avaiable, I wouldn't give them a second thought. Its so easy to forget the hundreds of calories hiding in those tasy tidbits!!!
If you , like me, like to grab something that is there for the taking, how about ensuring that that you always have low fat, crunchy snacks on hand? and don't forget the readily avaiable glass of H2O. The key also is not to bring the snacks you have the greatest weakness for into your home or bringing them in in much less quantities!
I really need to bring on some willpower over the next few days because those tasty treats are likely to be in plentiful supply for the next few days! Merry resistence!
