I will never make my cardio goal this week. At home, I walk or bike everywhere. I don't count the first 20-30 min, or going around the grocery store, but when I walk around 2 hours in one day, I definitely count part of it! This "passive cardio" contributes to my overall burn number. Now that I'm visiting family, and they have a car, and it's snowing heavily, it's a lot harder to get things done!
