Hello Divas, Guys, & Dolls,
Good morning, usually at this time (7:32 am est), my time, I am at the YMCA finishing up a cardio exercise on the ARC Trainer 630A, high interval for 10 mins at a high intensity, I then do a 30 min Basic Strength Circuit Class with Kim that varies every Friday........just love that class, next I do more core strengthening exercise 3 sets, 20 reps of seated waist twist w/8 lb weights, toe taps, ab crunches, and alternating bicyle, after this I do more circuit training on the weight machines usually 3 sets and 12 to 15 reps with weights of anywhere from 30 to 110 lbs........there is a long list of what machines I do, so I won't post, but if you do the "Y", you kinda have an idea of what I do, next I do a 60 minute water aerobics class and last, I sit in the stream room for 30 mins.
Now I usually begin my workout every day at 6:30 am and I'm usually done around 11:30 am walking out the door at 11:50 am.
It seems like a lot, but it's not and time really passes fast once I start...........I do this Mon, Wed, & Friday, and on Tuesday & Thursday, I do 25 mins cardio on the Arc Trainer at level 25 and water aerobics for 60 mins.................
BUT TODAY, I did not go to the gym, at 8:00 am my time, I will hit my bedroom with my weights and do a program that my personal trainer had me doing last year in April............it's all that I will get in, but its exercise.........lol.......I have so much to do between today and Sunday, before I go home to Michigan for the Christmas and New Years Holiday (haven't been home since 2009) and I am so excited.............
Well, just had to check in with my Sparkers........have a beautiful and blessed day today.........
