Sitting on my living room coffee table is a glass dish with a lid. I walk by it a dozen times a day. In it are tiny Jelly Belly jellybeans from Easter. Its a mixture of colors and flavors. I just realized that they have been there since Easter and they still aren't gone. When I am craving sugar, I grab 4 or 5 and I always eat them one at a time and try to guess what flavor they are.
Now how's that for controlling your sugar?
