I have decided to finally set a goal for myself. i have had little goals but this one is a big one. I want to be under 200 by Feb 1st. this is the first official goal i have used a date with. im 16 pounds away from this goal so i do see it as obtainable. but i know how life is. I so badly want to be able to tell people im under 200 it will feel amazing! im gonna start cracking down on myself again and start doing what i need to be doing again. And since i have my fitbit now it will be easier to track how much food i should be eating with the calories im burning.
