Day #3 at the Y, 75 min workout

Yesterday was Day #3 of working out at the Y with Robin. Fun! But a great workout. Love a good sweat session.
We do the elliptical for 60-65 mins. I did the stairstepper the first day but its not like the ones I used in PA and I don't like them as much as the PA ones. Going to try the spinning bikes next time I go. They have those screens where you can see a specific route and terrain. Looks pretty cool.
We are also doing some machines with weights. The Captain's chair really kicked my butt. I used to be able to do so many straight leg lifts. I think I did about 15 Monday and couldn't even do 3 from being sore yesterday. I'll stick with it though, I love the captains chair. So glad they have one.
They also have a rower I need to check out. Can't wait til my next day off. Need to do more swimming.
The weather is horrendous today. A big storm is blowing in. Key word, blowing. Lots of wind. and rain right now but supposed to turn to snow. I have to work this 3 day weekend and not looking forward to it. Well at least I'm off for Christmas eve and Christmas day. Glad of that.
The wind here is actually worse than when the hurricane came thru last month. Making me a little nervous.
Finishing up my Christmas cards and some Christmas gifts today. Vet appt for Barkley at 1 p.m. Then its work tonight 6 p.m.- 6 a.m. tomorrow.
