Another early wake up...decided to just get up and get started. Tomorrow daughter and boyfriend arrive around 2 ish if weather permits.

Had skiffs of snow last night. Guess we're supposed to get more today.

Hubby made up batches of Chex Mix. Becoming a family tradition. We box some up for presents. Son really looks forward to dad's mix. Definitely has more flavor than the store bought. I look forward to it also. He is good at it.

By myself at work until Jan 7. Hopefully it will be slow.

Got some more baking to do tonight and last minute cleaning. Hoping to get some packages wrapped also tonight or tomorrow morning.

Looking forward to time with daughter. Planning a girl's day out with daughter and daughter in law Dec 29. It will be fun to have the three of us together for the day. Thought about taking Mom with us but she doesn't do pedicures etc. so decideced to leave her behind. Then the guys will do whatever they want to do together. It will be nice to have time together.

Off to get my day off to a great start!
