Technically it's DAY #3 because on the class schedule Wednesday is your rest day. Today I did Tone 30 which had me sweating hard. I looked forward to working out with Chalene even though my body was wanting to skip out. All kinds of excuses were running through mind...like Oh you worked on your feet all day or I am tired. But I fought through all the mental barriers I was putting up. Also today was one of those days where things weren't going right and I had a lot of pent up frustration. I used that to push me to work harder in my workout. I am so glad I did my workout. I feel good. It is hard but I know I will eventually be able to do the workout as well as the people on the video. I can already feel a difference in me. I feel stronger and happier.
