I posted my before and after pictures yesterday and boy, did I get feedback! I had over 200 mail notifications when I signed into my email this morning. Wow! You guys are awesome. Everyone was very positive. I appreciate all the support. It inspires me to lose these last 15 pounds to get to my dream weight.
To get there I am going to keep up with all my walking, try and get to the gym regularly once again, eat healthy, and basically maintain all the healthy habits I have been developing for the last 19 months. What I have been doing has been working very well for me, and I don't want to mess too much with what is working so well.
I will continue to aim for a nutrient balance in my diet of 50% carbs/30% fats/20% protein. I get pretty close to those numbers most days. The one thing I still really need to focus on is my sodium intake. I have done pretty well this week, but it is so easy to go over significantly.
I had a great workout at the gym with my niece yesterday. I took it easier today though. That is okay, I have already exceeded my calorie burn goal for the week. lol!!
