NSV for today

Thank goodness for NSV! I am happy to report that I could have been bad today. Oh I mean really bad. My patients keep bringing me chocolate, dips and pita chips, popcorn, the list goes on an on. This week I haven't done a very good job of staying out of it. However, today I was able to stay away from every bit of the junk that was in the breakroom.

Today's food:
Breakfast - oatmeal
Lunch - carrots, celery, laughing cow cheese wedge, boiled eggs, one slice banana bread
Snack - yogurt & blueberries
Dinner - homemade spaghetti & jennie o turkey meatballs with one glass of wine
Calories: 1255

Now, if I can just keep it around there until Christmas, I will be doing good. We shall see.

    Staying away from the junk in the breakroom... emoticon That takes an amazing victory prize! I managed to walk past the plateful of goodies until they all disappeared today, too. And it wasn't easy, because home-made goodies with coconut as a major ingredient? Call my name! Big-time. I had to walk past that last one at least four times before someone took away my temptation.

BUT... I DID! emoticon NSV declared!
