Will be testing the "exercise improved mood" theory

Well last night wasn't too great. My cat "Freddie" got run over. I've only had him for a year but he had become my little buddy. As I work from home it was nice to have someone around to talk to. He would even sleep on his bed next to my monitor so I had company during the long hours building website.
Oh, well.
So I'm gonna be jumping on the treadmill today and will be interested if it has an effect on my mood...

    Thanks for that. It did prove to help. It wasn't a hardcore treadmill routine but 40 minutes later I'm feeling a lot happier about stuff. Nice to know the science works :)

    Sorry to hear about your cat. That is a tough break. I hope your week gets better. Exercise definitely helps me with dealing with stress.
