Today I changed the visit to the gym for a long wall around the city. I walked three hours with an hour break in between. Later in the afternoon another 40 minutes. Today I visited a Buddhist temple in the area where I'm staying. Tomorrow I'll go again to the temple.

    Hi Genes,

    Indeed Buddhist Temples are great. I visit the one in Amsterdam two or three times a week. I recently found one in Rome half an hour walk from my home there. I will be visiting it when in Rome. Actually I visited it three times in a week.
