We leave for Pennsylvania on Friday after work. I am thinking about my food and exercise plan now and writing it down so that I have to stay committed. If I tell all of you, I will be held accountable!
Friday, December 21 - gym (elliptical from 5am-6am), normal food day
Saturday, December 22 - outdoor run (morning), light breakfast, lunch is the holiday dinner at my husbands grandparents (I promise to be good), dinner is my aunts holiday party (light hors' douevres and alcohol - going to save up for this)
Sunday, December 23 - gym with brother (morning), light breakfast, lunch is the holiday dinner at my husbands aunts house (going to try very hard to be good), most likely I will not eat dinner.
Monday, December 24 - outdoor run (morning), light breakfast, holiday dinner at my parents house, then we are heading home to Maryland!
I can't make a definite plan because I don't know what food will exactly be offered, but I am going to take small portions for sure. I am also going to continue to work on eating slower.
My main goal is to workout everyday while on vacation! I can't get off of my routine just because I am not at my gym or even when I am home when the gym is closed.
