Thinking about this Blog Challenge, I guess I do a lot more than I thought. Things that I usually don't even think about:
Laundry ~ carrying heavy laundry baskets to and from the laundry room and then to the dressers & closets to be put away.
Dishes ~ every night, loading and unloading the dishwasher. Bending up and down, and up and down.
Vacuuming ~ at least twice a week, lugging the vacuum cleaner around the house from room to room.
Walking to and from my work parking lot ~ I have to park a city block away from my building, which is about two neighborhood blocks.
Some exercising I do randomly throughout the day that I consciencely think about:
Stairs ~ I try to not use the elevator at work as much. I get off a floor early so that I can walk the stairs for the last floor.
Sitting at my desk ~ after I've sat at my desk for an hour, focused and concentrating on my work at hand, I will get up and walk around the floor.
Watching TV ~ during commercials I get up and do some light cleaning, picking things up that the kids or puppy leave laying around. And I don't have to worry, usually by the next commercial, there's more to pick up cause my puppy will pull all of his toys out right after I pick them all up. He thinks it's a game.
So that's pretty much it. The little things I do during the day to stay moving.
