Success Journal
1. Official weigh in 175.2, -2.4 for the week! Woo Hoo!
2. Went to cycle & pilates class
3. stayed within calorie range
4. Motivation is through the roof, sky high

It's official, I made it to 175.2, and it feels great! I have faith in myself getting to the next goal of 170, and beyond. I'm going to go for it.


I've been listening to Pathway to Happiness and Self Mastery Program podcasts by Gary van Warmerdam www.pathwaytohappiness.c
It's about getting your personal power back, by controlling your emotions instead of letting them controlling you, and letting go of the inner critic and limiting beliefs. This is all building on the work I did with the Inside Out Weight Loss podcasts and book.
