1. Official weigh in 175.2, -2.4 for the week! Woo Hoo!
2. Went to cycle & pilates class
3. stayed within calorie range
4. Motivation is through the roof, sky high
It's official, I made it to 175.2, and it feels great! I have faith in myself getting to the next goal of 170, and beyond. I'm going to go for it.
