I just realized how long it has been since I have blogged.
This is why I need blogging challenges.
I let other things take priority over myself and my goals round the beginning of November. I oud make excuses but the only one that is kinda valid is the new puppy that I let walking take away from gym time.
Let myself get a bit carried away with holiday stuff.
Thankfully I am on vacation until January and it has given me time to think and get back on track.
Goals for 2013
1. Track everything even if it isn't what I want to see
2. Only have wine once a week (that one is going to be a challenge I love wine with friends etc)
3. Gym Cardio 5 days a week, ST 3 times a week, pi/yo once a week
4. Hiking once a week
5. Try to get back into a meditation practice
6. Write more
7. Make myself (my exercise my first priority) it worked well when I would tell everyone sure once I am done with the gym. Now I just gotta get back to that.
Shooting to hit 170 by May 1st (could even happen sooner) then see what next goal is.
