I know it's not been long but for four days I've been tracking my food and staying within my alotted caloric intake. Well, treats are yummy but don't provide a lot of staying power for the calories they contain. So I've not had many - only a bit or mouthful. This morning I cut up an apple for a snack. Oh my goodness this apple is SO sweet! It's kind of nice to have a little control so things come back into perspective.
