Working It In

Thursday, December 20, 2012

I have a busy day today so I'm figuring how to work in my cardio. I have Bible study at 10:00, then I have to take my step-mom to do some errands. She also wants to visit a friend who still lives alone but isn't 'all there.'

I think I'll walk for 1/2 an hour while she visits. That way I can do something constructive and won't have to go inside. That sounds mean, but the lady doesn't know me. I'll just say "Hi" when I tell Margie that it's time to go.

That should work for both of us.

I have a hard time working it in at this time of year. And you are such a good daugher. I try to remember, as my mother lives with us,the only commandment with a promise.
Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the LORD your God is giving you. Exodus 20:12

Long life to you! emoticon emoticon

Sound like a great plan. Since your step-mom's friend really doesn't know you, she won't be offended and, at the same time you are doing something nice for your step-mom and yourself. It's cold and rainy here today and predicted to get worse, but I have my training inside today so I'll be doing that! I'm off to get ready! Have a great day!
