One step

Each step is one step closer. That is the thing I have been telling myself for the past week. The final goal seems very distant and far away, but yet I keep walking. Last night I drove past the fast food places that I would have stopped at 3 weeks ago. I did think about the fried yumminess of it. Instead I came home and made my dinner. I also stayed within my range.....serious brownie points for me. I didn't even have that wonderful blueberry muffin that I was drooling at when I was at Panera. I wish I had a pair of ruby slippers that I could click my heels and suddenly be at my goal weight....but instead, I will keep walking.

    AWESOME job and as for those ruby slippers ..... well..... instead you will have something EVEN better...... a size smaller in clothes !! WOWZA...... so much better than any ole ruby slippers
