December 10th, 2012 was my 2 year anniversary of hitting my 100 pounds lost mark. I made this video in celebration of that!!

My hope is that you will find this video inspiring or give you HOPE, and all that comes with that. NO matter where you are in your journey, NEVER GIVE UP! It is a daily struggle, some days are better than others, but it is a struggle. Is it worth the struggle, YES!! Living FULLY ALIVE is SO much better than what I experienced the 10 or 12 years before I started this journey!

You are a good person; not only did you reach and maintain your goal, you've made it clear that your goal is to help and encourage others do the same. I want to be where you are someday, until then, I keep running, keep moving forward, keep at it for myself, my health and of course, my sanity! :) Thank you! :) You're pretty damn awesome! :)

The SparkCoach program suggested I check out the Maintainer's team today, so I did (even though I'm quite a ways from maintenance.) Someone on the Maintenance Team suggested watching this video, which I did. Wow! This video explains the components of Spark in a concise way which would surely leave viewers wanting to know even more. I want to watch this video on a regular basis for inspiration. Love emoticon emoticon it!
