on Oct 4 i started an exercise challenge to do all the exercise videos that i have collected over the last 12 years before the end of the year. Some of them have multiple routines. they range from 10 to 55 minutes. as a total there are 91 in all and i finished my last one on Wednesday night.
i own 30 day shred which has 3 different routines that you repeat over 30 days. i did it for 15 days (mini-shred) at the beginning of december for an extra challenge,
