Day 19-Weightloss Challenge signed up

I'm working on setting myself up for success by planning activities that keep me accountable during my transformation. Part of that plan includes Spark People and my trainer. I thought that might be enough but I've decided to add one more thing...a local Biggest Weightloss Challenge 2013. "Ignite Your Spark".

I learned about it when glancing through a local magazine. Guess what...this year they reformatted the program and based it off of "The Spark". I knew it was meant to be. I already had joined Spark so this just made the flame burn a little brighter.

I begin January 6th. I'm excited! I will amp up my personal training to 2 days a week. I want to meet my fitness goals with the challenge and have like minded people around me. If I won, that would not bother me at all!!!
