It's day two and can I just say this is easier than I thought! This decision of a healthy lifestyle and weight loss was due to a recent doctor visit that left me in tears. Something has to change and I made that decision right away. Anyways, I have been eating the recommended 1400-1600 calories per day and working out for about a half hour. I look forward to weight loss and an overall better feeling in myself. Would love any suggestions, comments, etc from others!
