I have been so busy at work and at home trying to get my cleaning done I missed blogging.
I have been doing good trying to keep up with at least 5000 steps but I do want to start my 10000 a day goal.
I want to get this room done first and I figure by the weekend(I hope) I can resart my blogging and tracking everything again.
I did do 1.97 miles, 1076 calories burned and 5053 steps counted.
I ate good today but yesterday I ate so many homemade cookies and other stuff I was bad.
Well, I will keep trying and trying until I get it right.
