I have been STUCK at 183-185 since August and it's beginning to make me angry! This is week four of being back into a work out routine with no movement on the scale what so ever...while it has been discouraging I am pushing myself each week to stick with my workouts.
I just don't know what to do. It doesn't matter if I eat 1400 calories per day or 2000 a day, no changes. I am not gaining or losing.
Over the past couple of months I have tried low carbs and no carbs, elliptical and strength training, low cal and high protein.
Any suggestions or tips?
