I can stay within my maintenance range of 185-190 (haven't hit 190 yet, thank goodness).
I can knock this weekends' performances out of the park.
I can stay positive despite things that may upset me.
I can look to the next few weeks with absolute gladness.
I CAN control myself when it comes to my eating even when my family members decide they want to pig out.
I can get some kind of exercise in no matter what, a walk around the block will do for sure.
I CAN DO THIS.
