Stress Relief

For my White Tiger Biggest Loser Team I was supposted to find and use 3 way of lowering my stress this week.

I wrote them on paper and realized I needed to do them online.

1. Get ready the day before.
This minimizes my stress when I wake up at night so I don't have to worry. It also minimizes my stress in the morning both getting ready to workout and getting ready for my day.

2. Take time each day to do something creative.
It helps me feel less stressed when I can knit, crochet or do something else creative. I have knit or crochet daily this week. (Some of the knitting has been done with good music.)

3. I am trying to eat mindfully. This keeps my blood sugar under control and helps me feel better and less stressed.

I also made sure to get sufficient sleep and water these things help a lot. I feel better when I am not sleepy or dehydrated.

    I have enjoyed the mindful eating strategy. Someone on my team started a thread and we have been listing the ways to encorporate mindful eating. Today I don't want to eat anything that I really don't LOVE.
