I think it might be what I had for lunch - I finished 10 minutes ago, completely satisfied. :::::sigh::::::
I had Hunan chicken and veggies. The sauce was sweet and I'm thinking that has stirred up the cravings. I know I'm not really hungry and I'm not breaking the rules by having anything sweet. Just observing that the urge is there - when it hasn't been for most of the last 23 days. And I want to do whatever I can to keep it from happening because my life is WAY easier when I don't have cravings. So I'll be paying more attention to how food is served. On the plus side, I didn't even finish 1/3 of the meal and there were lots of vegetables.
Yesterday, I took a real day off from running. I had two events (at the same place). One didn't fly at all - no one showed up, but I had 15 people for my second monthly karaoke outing!! We had a great time and I'm already looking forward to the next one.
Tonight I'm going to try the new route for my 5K. It is actually a little over 5K, where the one I've been doing is a little under 5K. I'm supposed to do 30 minutes, for Week 9, Day 1 of couch to 5K, but I'm going to try and run the whole thing. We'll see how that goes. This is the elevation graph for my new route. It's pretty much the same as the one I've been doing, but with a couple of detours to get the mileage up.
I have to take my friend Linda to pick up her car tonight. I'm going to go home and run first and then go get her to make sure I don't get derailed off the plan. THEN I have to go home and get ready for overnight company - which I didn't know about until yesterday. :-/
I can NOT believe that I'll be done with the C25K program within the next few days!!! I've technically completed it already by running more than 30 minutes without stopping 3 times. But I'm going to do it again until I really finish it.
And in other news . . . getting ready for Christmas. I should probably think about starting that. :::::::sigh:::::::::
