wow I have been married 22 years this past november yes there are rought patches. But the sweet times make them all but disappear. Men are complicated just as we are. If we meet each and work on it. I am glad I am finished with the dating scene. Sorry to say the the pickens is few these days. my love has gottem much sweeter during these later years. I would NOT trade him for a million dollars. emoticon

Thinking is especially hard when it's about drill bits and other boring stuff at the hardware store. I mean, really, who in their right mind can spend hours at a hardware store? All those nails, bits, brads, screws and right-angle thingies all look the same. Just grab the right one and go, right?

Life is far too short to spend any more than just the minimun time needed to transact business at a hardware store.

Right mind? Obviously not the guys I know. They are in there window shopping, browsing. Handling all those little pieces of metal and caressing the tools as if they were something else entirely. (yawn).

I wonder if they have the same reaction when I wander into
a book store
a music store
an ethnic food market
or even Target?

You have lots of blog material here and that makes me super happy!

Time management is crucial. Especially when I'm doing you a favor. I'm ticking off the 60 other things I'd rather be doing (like washing dishes) and reminding myself of all the fabulous things you've done for me. When I stop and ask if you're almost done...guess what? You're almost done.

Hmmmmm. You can get ex's to do things? emoticon . Once I am done with them I get restraining orders. Just saying. As for the desk, maybe you can blink and
make it look better.

Now, see, m'self, I keep my wants and needs simple: "YOU (man-in-the-house) kill the spider in the bathtub. EYE (it's my house) don't. You done yet? Good. No, don't show it to me, I don't need to see it. Just flush it down the john. You done yet? Good. Good-bye."
