Just had lunch and I feel.......

Wednesday, December 19, 2012

I just had lunch lunch and I feel sooooo bad emoticon Why? because lunch was dumplings and the dumplings were made with white flour. This week I wasn't suppose to eat anything made with white flour, that includes rice, bread, pasta, dumplings etc. This is actually the first time I've eaten something and after feel so guilty. I mean really guilty. I do have my second workout tonight and I'm still in my calorie range but for something reason I can't beat this feeling...........

I totally, totally understand you. For the first time since August I had something fried. Even though I lost weight from yesterday til today and it was just a tostada shell with 5 little blackened shrimp some black beans, some corn, shredded lettuce and avocado in it, I felt SO guilty all night. I mean we need to eat SOME things that are just fun and yummy, or we will get bored, and feel deprived and then we will be doing a LOT worse than eating a tostada shell and some dumplings. I mean sure you can't do it every day, and you feel guilty because that was your "goal" for the week, but you can't beat yourself up over it. You are doing the things that matter. You are exercising and you are staying within your calorie goal. You are doing GREAT!

Sweety, don't beat yourself up over this. Just pick yourself up, brush yourself off, and press on. Don't throw out all you've done so far. And find a recipe for whole wheat dumplings! This isn't a diet, it's a lifestyle change, and it happens step by step. You can do this! "For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus." (Phil. 1:6)
