I just had lunch lunch and I feel sooooo bad

Why? because lunch was dumplings and the dumplings were made with white flour. This week I wasn't suppose to eat anything made with white flour, that includes rice, bread, pasta, dumplings etc. This is actually the first time I've eaten something and after feel so guilty. I mean really guilty. I do have my second workout tonight and I'm still in my calorie range but for something reason I can't beat this feeling...........
