I am going to start using Spark People more. At first I was going to wait until New Years to start, but I think I need to start this Saturday. That way I will have the weekend to get used to my new workout and eating routine.
I am tired of being overweight, and I would really like to be at 250 this year for the Hyner Trail Challenge. It will make climbing through the mountain much easier. I want a good time this year. I also would like to run another marathon sometime. I was 199 back in 1999 when I ran my other marathon, so I have a long way to go.
NO MORE EXCUSES!!!!!
