That is what drives me to wanting a better lifestyle. Changing what we do to our bodies not only in the terms of physical activity but also in terms of the nourishment. Looking at reducing meal sizes and limiting the higher level of carbs/calories as I make changes further to reduce my weight and increase my physical fitness.
I have to say I love this site. Not only for the commitment that it helps you to make but also it allows you to see accomplishments that others are making and that in itself give such huge encouragement to want to not only continue but also succeed!
