My md changed my diabetic meds and for the last 10 days I have been almost non-functional. I finally quit yesterday without the md's knowledge. I tried to reach him, but, he was out of the office.

This morning most of the nasty side effects had cleared up, so I was able to start working out again. What is discouraging is that fter the holidays are over with I have to have more hand surgery. Which means more time off from working out.

Ah well, I am just going to work out when I can and not worry about what I can't do. This is my version of the Serenity Prayer.
