Still on shaky ground, even though I made it through yesterday, ON PLAN. Today, with my full 26 WW points, I should have been in fairly good shape. Nope. Got into snacks in the wee hours of the morning. Dumb. I have become my worse nightmare.
Somehow, I will try and get through today still ON PLAN.
I know what I am up against and at least have devised a workable food plan.
Do what is necessary to stay ON PLAN
Purchase some gift cards and get them mailed.
