New year fitness goal

It has been a long time since my last blog.......way too long LOL

I am still going to the pool at the Y. Although my plan of 4 days a week fell through. Not out of want but out of scheduling. Between my rotating work schedule and the Y making changes in the pool schedule I have had to improvise my goal of water exercise. Some weeks I can get to the MWF class making it 3 times that week, other weeks i can only go to 2 of those days and there is at least 1 week in the month I can only get to the Y on those days 1 time that week.....this is due to my rotating work days.

I am setting myself a fitness mins goal of 1,000 mins a month. Most of these mins will be met in the pool at the Y as I try to be in the water for 90 mins each visit. But using just the pool time causes me to fall short of the 1,000 min goal so I will have to fill that time in with other activities that cause me the least amount of pain.
