Wow, it's amazing how much I eat without realizing it! Today was the first time that I actually tracked my food intake! No wonder I have gained so much weight. My goal is to keep track for a week. I feel good being aware. Seeing the fruit and veggie tracker makes me realize how unhealthy I have been eating. I haven't eaten a green food in such a long time. No sense getting mad at myself. Being mean to myself doesn't help.
