Okay, so I hurt myself today. I can't even say it was doing something productive, like working out.
I was walking to the car, while my husband opened the gate, so we could do a little Christmas shopping, then go for tea and to watch the Hobbit.
And I stepped just right, and rolled my bloody ankle.
It's okay, it hurts like the dickens, and is swollen, but it seems to be mild. I can put weight on it, though I've been limping a lot. It doesn't hurt as much now. I was able to walk to the fridge without limping.
This'll set back the running a bit. The good news, I tracked my food somewhat reluctantly after an unscheduled trip to KFC thanks to my injury (I'd planned to make enchiladas, but wasn't feeling up to standing in the kitchen.)
I skipped the fries, opted for original instead of my preferred extra crispy, and got green beans.
1700 calories for the day! woohoo! Well within my range. :) Even have 150 to spare, and that INCLUDES a coke at the theater!
