Stress Relief

This is always a stressful time of year for me. Nothing in my personal life - but work is a bear. I work in business insurance and it seems like everyone has a policy coming up on 12/31 or 1/1. I always say I look forward to retirement so I can actually enjoy the month of December!

I have two main stress relievers:

1. Go to the gym!
Even if I feel worn out and don't want to go, I make an effort to get there. I always feel energized and rejuvenated.

2. Lose the noise.
I turn everything off - TV, phone, computer, etc. I then sit in my easy chair and read. Aaahhh!
