I am tired to see the same weight everyday!
I have 6 things to do EVERYDAY to lose weight seriously::
-NO FOOD AFTER 6 P.M.
-TO WATCH EVERYTHING I EAT: NO MORE THAN1200-1300
-TO MOVE 60 MINUTES
- TO DRINK 8 GLASSES OF WATER
- TO BE BUSY (NOT LAZY:))
P.S. One week let me lose 16 lb in past with the same plan.
