Its been a couple of months since i have put something on here. While i havent been completely consistent. i am slowly approaching my goals.
I have dropped 30 something since January, but the real results are me jumping into a size 6, dropping a bra size, and seeing what i think are the beginning of some abs.
Moreover its what i have changed almost permanently that has really been the ever growing improvement. I have stopped all soda, and can be found with a water bottle in my hands at all times. My little cheat days are more like special occasions now, and my cheating is actually more calorie conscious than i realize. On my birthday instead of gorging on everything, my cheat was some pita and hummus, and a bottle of wine.
I am not quite there yet, but i am moving toward a permanent lifestyle that i never thought i would be doing, and its my new goals that have me more excited than losing weight!!
