After you've learned all you can about it, put in the substance along with "side effects" and "contraindications". Then wait a few days for everything to percolate.

The take away from this particular article, is that humans often need far less of a substance to get the same results that much higher doses because of differences in metabolism. Not only will this effect dosages of supplements, but it also has bearing on toxicology and carcinogenic substances.
