Dear Santa, I have been a very good boy this year.... oh wait wrong letter, sorry I lost my train of thought... Hello Sparkers, I hope you have been good this year. I have tried so hard to be good too. I hope Santa doesn't mind but I just had to berry my nose in that hole this morning the water felt so good on my nose I was blowing bubbles in the water. Then I splashed in the puddle by the road before Mom put an end to my fun. She claims she just had to go to work because she was late. I think she didn't want to give me a bath so early in the morning. She had one why can't I. I just love a bath. The blow dryer is not my favorite thing I just hide my head in Moms arm until she gets through.

I am 13 weeks old this week. I went to the DR. and got some more shots. I sure am glad I don't have to go back this year. I am such a big boy now. I weigh 11.9 pounds Doc said we will just make it a 12 even . I hope Mom remembers to get me some more food I am out and I don't like the stuff the Doc gave her. The man put some out for me and he said I ran. Well you would too it is nasty. I have ate a whole 20lb bag of puppy chow. Please don't think I ate the whole thing by myself, if they had a tracker for puppies you would see that Speck ate a great deal of it. If he keeps eating my food Mom says Speck is going to have to get him a Sparkpeople account too, cause he is too low to the ground to be able to pull off the extra poundage, and we all know he isn't a puppy any longer.

Mom and I played fetch this morning, well I did all the running while she sat in the recliner. I sure did fool her, she had to get up a bunch cause I didn't bring it back do you think she noticed that I was trying to get her to moving this morning? Am I the only morning person in my house? Speck laid there like a bump on a log sleeping while me an the man went out the first time at 330 this morning, he growled at me when I tried to play, just what does a puppy got to do to get someone to play with him? But I played a joke on him while he was sleeping I sneaked up on him and pulled his tail and ran. Do you think he noticed it was me? Well I just got to vent here the reason I played a joke on Speck in the first place was cause Mom bought each of us a kong you see, his is red and mine is baby blue cause I am still a puppy but I am taller than him, anyways, I save my treats in my kong and he eats all of his right away, then he wants to take mine and growl at me, have you ever? the nerve of some dogs. he is suppose to be my adopted brother, well I got him back not only did I pull his tail I pulled his ear hair when I jumped up in the chair with him he can't get away from me any more and hide.

I learned a new trick on Sunday, I learned to play dead. Such a fun trick. I think I am quite the actor, I added the kicking of the front paws as extra effect. I really think you would think I am dying. My back paws are stuck strait out and stiff. Do you think they will bring back Rin Tin Tin, Lassie, or Benji I might have a shot at the big time. Well Mom and I are baking Lemon Ricotta Cookies for Santa, Do you think he will bring me a chew toy for the Milk and Cookies? I am practicing my sleeping for Santa do I look convincing?
