***a quickie but a goodie***

I am bloggin on the run today. I am conducting training all day and this can get disastrous because I put out a ton of candy for my participants. Thus far, I have not eaten any and I am on track for my day so I am feeling great!

I ended up with a 1600 calorie deficit for the day yesterday with my reduced calories and HIIT workout. I was so happy! And I didn't feel robbed or cheated. I ended with 12 servings of water as well. It is noon and I am down 4 servings for the day.

So I just got two comments from colleagues on my way up to my desk. One called across the lobby, "You sure are getting that weight off for the wedding!" The other girl, who is also a friend, told me that she can't believe how I look and that she thinks that I should stop losing weight at 50 lbs down. Considering I would still be 222 lbs, I will have to pass on her suggestion but it feels great to think that some people see me at a healthy, good weight.
